- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Third time I've gone in the past couple weeks to find the drive through closed during posted hours. It seems they are having staffing issues, but it's especially concerning because two out of those three times, there was someone in the line who was severely disabled and it appeared it was very difficult for them to have had to come into the branch. My husband is disabled so I am sensitive to that problem. It seems that even if there is only one teller (which should never be the case), the drive through should be the FIRST line open for business.By Darcy McMillin, July 15, 2017
